Chein Hong is a seasoned audit and assurance professional specializing in U.S. Nasdaq-listed companies and corporate restructuring. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Certified Practicing Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). With over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance, Chein Hong has been deeply involved in IPOs and financial audits across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, IT, fintech, e-commerce, education, and agriculture. Before joining Edston, he successfully led IPOs on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, NYSE, and NASDAQ. His expertise extends beyond traditional auditing to business advisory, internal controls over financial reporting, complex accounting issues, and SEC compliance. He has also played a key role in IFRS implementation, convergence, and financial reporting. Additionally, Chein Hong is highly proficient in Quality Control (QC) roles for SEC issuers, ensuring audit excellence and regulatory compliance.

Darren Tan is an experienced public accountant with over a decade of expertise in leading assurance engagements across a wide range of industries. Since 2009, he has successfully managed engagements for large charities, multinational corporations (MNCs), and non-profit organizations (NPOs), with a focus on delivering high-quality, tailored assurance services. Darren has led a diverse portfolio of international clients with complex assurance needs, including cross-border engagements involving intricate group structures and financial due diligence. His industry experience spans sectors such as logistics & shipping, investment holding & property development, fashion, media & advertising, artificial intelligence (AI) application, blockchain (cryptocurrency & NFT), and construction, among others. Notably, he also has experience in industries such as research & development, cryptocurrency exchange & payment platforms, and other innovative fields. As the assurance engagement partner, Darren has provided strategic leadership to a broad range of clients, ensuring compliance and delivering insights that drive value across multiple sectors. Darren is a Public Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Accountant (Malaysia & Singapore), ASEAN CPA and a member of CPA Australia. Anthony Tan is a Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Accredited Tax Practitioner with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professional (SCTP), and also ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA). With more than 15 years of experience in the auditing and corporate advisory industry, Anthony Tan has taken on varied roles, including Audit Manager at local audit firm, accountant at SGX listed company, Corporate Secretary positions. He has led teams to carry out audit on both local and overseas SME, convergence of SFRS with IFRS/GAAP, corporate structure and tax advisory for overseas company relocation to Singapore and ASEAN countries. He has involved in industries such as shipping, international trading, engineering, F&B, education, construction and Jewellery. He is also appointed Compliance Officer for his client which are registered as Regulated Dealer in Gold & Jewellery industry.
